Setup
The cicebars plugin shows borders on top and bottom, to mask the channel logo or bothering commercials during a movie.
Handling
| Key | Description |

| Up/Down | toggles top/bottom bar |
| Left/Right | increase/decrease barheight of actual visible bar(s) |
| 0 | close/open screen |
| OK/Back/Blue | exit plugin |
