[vdr] [patch] tvonscreen plugin broken with vdr 1.3.44

Hi,

tvonscreen 0.7.0 with vdr version 1.3.44 seems to be broken (last working version was 1.3.42):

vdr: /home/video/plugins/lib/libvdr-tvonscreen.so.1.3.44: undefined symbol: _ZN10cMenuEventC2EPK6cEventb
