Works fine for me with the EPG data generated by VDR from the UK Freeview DVB-T broadcasts:

I threw all the files away and ran xmltv2vdr again and ITV3 appeared. I am guessing that something had corrupted a file somewhere down the line. Maybe when I had too many channels and the file was too big...
