Hi,
my e-tobi-based vdr 1.6 setup keeps forgetting that it has a valid CAM
installed. When I go to the CAM setup menu and use "reset", vdr finds it
again.
Is this is a known issue?
If not, how can I help debugging it?
Thanks,
Hanno
Hello
I use the function Skins.QueueMessage from a
background thread.
Example:
Skins.QueueMessage( mtInfo, "TEST", 40 );
I set a time of 40 seconds, but if time watchdog is
less than 40 seconds, vdr exit with a segmentation
fault.
Is this normal? Is possible set a message with a time
greater of time watchdog?
Luca
P.S. Sorry for my English

I'm in the process of reintroducing the "multiproto" changes
in order to start the 1.7 developer version.
Since I haven't been following the driver development recently
I was wondering if somebody could tell me which driver is best
to use at this time.
The one at
http://jusst.de/hg/multiproto
is like 4 weeks old, while at
http://linuxtv.org/hg/~endriss/v4l-dvb-av7110-full-ts-mod
there have been recent activities.
I'd like to switch to a driver that works with "multiproto" and
supports Oliver's full ts mod.

Hy.
I was tring to conpile the reelchannel scan plugin
1.6.0, but it seams to me that is not finished, dvb-s2
part in menu.
i have errors in csmenu.c at compile time :
csmenu.c: In member function `void
cMenuChannelscan::TunerDetection()':
csmenu.c:236: error: 'class cDevice' has no member
named 'ProvidesS2'
make[1]: *** [csmenu.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/usr/local/src/vdr/PLUGINS/src/reelchannelscan'
Cheers Lucian.
Hi
I've been using vdr-xine for years, along with the DVD plugin. I'm now want
to use xine's dvd player (problems with audio on the dvd plugin) but I'm not
sure how to get lirc working.
I can get basic vdr working via the xine remote keys, but can't switch to
xine's DVD, and can't get some keys to work.
Can someone who is using xine like this send me their working .lircrc?
Thanks!
Simon
which version of multiproto, szap2, scan did you use ?

do you use some MyTHTV-patch for multiproto support ?
