Hi, the motivation for this patch was to speed up zapping channels when using vdr-xine, i. e. to shorten the time from pressing the remote button till audio and video appear. FF card users may only see the effect of this patch when the FF card is running in transfer mode. The idea is to not wait for the first I frame in transfer mode. Cut marks editing problem

I'm editing a recording with some errors in it (errors of the kind "broken MPEG kills vdr-sxfe"). Looks like the index.vdr is broken, so I run genindex. After that, some existing cut marks are not on a GOP boundary any more (looks like genindex really has fixed something). I can't edit these cut marks any more. When I put the cursor on the broken mark, neither of 4 6 7 9 keys do anything. remoteosd / multi-box question

Hi. I use remoteosd to schedule and record programs on a remote device, which I access from the primary device via an NFS share. Problem is, new programs only appear in the primary device once VDR restarts. Is there a way to refresh recording directories without restarting VDR?

Help with channels.conf for analogtv + xine

Hi all, I'm using vdr with the analogtv and xine plugins to receive input from a VCR and trying to display it on my PC. The installation of the software and the plugins went well and vdr also seems to be working with y TV-tuner card. However when I use xine(with the vdr plugin) to try and connect to the vdr stream it says that there is 'NO SIGNAL'. I've tried different settings in my channels.conf but nothing seems to get me the output on xine. So, I'm guessing the problem is with the way I'… [View More]

Question for you. When you FF/REW etc, the .xpm file for the FF etc (i.e. plugins/skinenigmang/icons/replay/fastForward1.xpm) is overlaid on a white/blue icon that looks kind of like a video tape. Where is the xpm for this blue/white thing? I'd like to edit it Thanks

Does anyone have a TT-1500 DVB-C card working with an Irdeto CAM? Or in that case, any other CAM? If so, what kernel are you running? What v4l-dvb snapshot?? I'm lost! Thanks Simon

Audio delay on only channel

Hello When I tune this channel Canale 5:11919:V:S13.0E:27500:513+129:660=ita,661=ita:577:0:2:272:6000:0 the audio is delayed of 4-6 seconds. The problem is only for this channel.
