[vdr] ANNOUNCE: vdr-vdrcd-0.0.6 (Media Detection)

Hello list,

This PlugIn tries to identify the type of a Media Disc inserted into your 
CD-ROM/DVD drive. If the type of media is known and an appropriate PlugIn is 
loaded, it starts it. Otherwise it assumes a VDR directory structure on that 
disc and launches VDR's own Recording Menu. You can also store MPEG-files 
without subdirectories on the disc, starting with 001.vdr on the media's root 
directory.

This makes (at least) the two entries VCD and DVD obsolete, and that's why you 
can disable them in the latest versions ;)

I've taken over the development/maintenance of the vdrcd-PlugIn on 02/04/2003. 

CHANGES since 0.0.5:
- fixed a bug that locked the drive so automount couldn't release them
- added internationalization support and german translations
- rewrote the README file
