[vdr] VCD plugin 0.0.4d

Version 0.0.4d of the plugin is available. It introduces a command line
option to assign another CD/DVD-ROM device to the plugin than the
default /dev/cdrom. This will also allow you to run several instances of
the plugin accessing different devices :)
