This is hard coded. You have to search for the string "/dev/ost/" in
"libvo/vo_mpegpes.c" and change "/dev/ost/video0" to "/dev/ost/video1" as
well as "/dev/ost/audio0" to "/dev/ost/audio1".
Rebuild MPlayer and install it as usual. It works for me.
