[vdr] volume adjust in commercial brakes

Is there a programm, which automaticly ajust the input (line in) volume (ex.
set input to x db) of a soundcard?
The problem is, some tv programs like rtl, sat1 tume up the volume on
commercial brakes.
Every commercial brake, i reduce the volume manually.
My dbv-s audio out is connected to my soundcard line in. There i can ajust
the volume of the dvb card.
