[vdr] MP3/MPlayer extention 0.35 available

Hi all,
a quick maintenance release of my MP3/MPlayer extention is
available. Just an update to 0.99pre5.

IMPORTANT:
This release supports the new driver samplerates. To use the new
samplerates a driver dated 2.1.2002 or newer is required.
If you wants to use this release with an older driver, you must
add "ONLY48KHZ=1" to the make commandline. Otherwise the audio
will be played at the wrong speed.
