Hi,
I bought a Thyphoon DVB-S Card (budget-card) and it comes with a linux driver
(some strange not-compiling driver).
I tries several version and get (after a lot of coding-work) first results.
Here my results:

I'm using latest metzlerbroth-driver or metzler CVS driver. All seems to work
fine, but the tuner isn't working correctly:
stv0299: write to tuner failed
I tried so much different things:
using all versions I found from drivers for the 2.6er series. I spend several
hours to fix some issues in the drivers for the 2.6 series. I adapt the
cvs-version with some detection stuff (pci-ids) and it works more than
without, but the tuner is still not working.
I read a lot of informations and pseudo-howots, but anything of this reports
work.
I hope someone of you could help me, to make this card working.
