I'm afraid no standard linux dvb apps will work at all with the standard twinhan drivers.
Data transfer with the twinhan drivers is done with a very large buffer and special ioctls, plus the 
non-ci card generate a standard 188byte packet TS while the -CI cards generate a 206(? it's been a 
while since I had my head in there) byte packet that needs to me slightly truncated before decoding 
the TS.

The twinhan dvb app that comes with the redhat 2.4.7 and 2.4.10 drivers actually works quite well 
asl long as you only want to watch a single channel, not record. And I have not tried -CI with the 
linux apps, but it did work with the windows app.
Interestingly enough, the twinhan drivers for win2k (Or at least the ones I have) have full 
debugging output enabled, so if you have something like softice on the machine you can view all data 
going to/from the card. Makes reverse engineering a bit easier.
