Yes, all of the DVB cards on sale are virtually the same thing. Some
have minor variance in the brand / flavour of tuner, but they're all
"TechnoTrend" cards irrelevant of the brand name on the box.
I was just lucky and got a Nova-T for 60 GBP on eBay, and a Dxr3 for a
tenner :)

DVB-T is much less widespread than DVB-S, so a full-feature DVB-T is
very minority interest given the market is mainly Windows, where CPU
power to do MPEG2 decoding is not a problem.

Not that I know of, and full-featured DVB-T is such a rarity, it's
unlikely to be any cheaper.
