[linux-dvb] First release: DVBVideoLAN

Hi,

if someone is interested in digital video in realtime all over the lan, 
here's a link to my project. This project is in a very early stage. I know, 
it's sometimes not very stable and perhaps I could do some additional 
profiling. But I think, it's a beginning.
